What Kind of Photo Is Needed?
To ensure an accurate color reading, your photo must meet the following guidelines:
No makeup – your natural skin tone is essential for identifying your undertone
Hair pulled back – away from your face to avoid interference with tones
Neutral-colored top – wear white, gray, or beige (no bold colors or patterns)
Natural lighting – take your photo near a window, without direct sunlight or indoor lighting shadows
No filters or editing – please submit your photo exactly as taken
